James Key, Student at HANWhy did you choose to study in the Netherlands?

I attended school in Thimphu, Bhutan; Bennekom, The Netherlands; Bangkok, Thailand and most recently at St Peter's in Bournemouth.

HAN is less than 15 miles from where I lived between 2001 and 2005. I attended a normal Dutch primary school and when I left my Dutch was very good. I have travelled all my life and attending HAN is a new adventure, but not too far from "home". I still keep in contact with my friends in the area. Although the course is in English, I am hoping to gain back my Dutch language skill. The cost of the course is also a big part of the reason for attending University in The Netherlands, but it is not the only consideration.

I have a swimming coach, life savers and officiating qualification (I have coached younger members of my club for one year) and am hoping to work in this area to help finance my living expenses.
