Is this programme for you?

You like the idea of finding order in the chaos of technical problems. You are interested in applying quantitative techniques to answer questions and solve problems. University-level (Applied) Mathematics is not the same as the maths you studied at secondary school. You will recognise some of the things you learned at school, but you will also discover new areas. If you like mathematics and are interested in its real-world uses and if the idea of working together with specialists from other disciplines appeals to you, then this programme is the right choice for you.

Why study Applied Mathematics with the University of Groningen?
