Course Description

Complex processes require knowledge of advanced control systems. The Masters programme in Control Systems Engineering gives students an in-depth understanding of modelling and dynamic models, control theory, implementation in mechatronics, as well as professional skills. Some of them are presentation skills, mathematics, software use as well as patent and literature study.

The programme is highly rated by the engineering profession, and many companies have even set this programme as part of their in-company training.

Related large-scale industries and specialised companies all have a constant need for Control System Engineers. This need is reflected in the support systems of companies such as Shell, DNV, AkzoNobel, IPCOS, Omron and SKF, who provide trainers for HAN.

Entry requirements

Applicants for this course need a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline with a grade point average 2.8 or more based on a 4.0 system.
