Our curriculum integrates early modern, modern and contemporary arts. We also offer period-specific courses.

Why study curatorial studies with the University of Groningen?

We offer our students internship opportunities with museums in the Netherlands or abroad. The knowledge and experience that you obtain during your internship will significantly increase your chance of securing a curatorial position upon graduation.

Every year, our students join a excursion abroad and a number of on-site visits to collections and arts/cultural institutions across the Netherlands.
